SPI COACHING

Accompaniment (technical coaching) to accelerate social and environmental impact projects.

What is SPI Accelerator?

An intensive coaching and training program for project teams, designed to help social and environmental organizations increase their impact, accelerate results and transform their work culture.

Guided by an SPI Agility Coach, the team applies the SPI Agility SPI Method, a practical methodology focused on results, motivation and continuous improvement.

What are the benefits?

For the team:

  • Greater cohesion, autonomy and sense of purpose.
  • Continuous improvement based on shared experience.
  • Cultural change towards an agile and proactive management.

For the project:

  • Focus on deliverables that provide greater value to beneficiaries.
  • More efficient and collaborative processes.
  • Clear, real-time information on project progress.

The SPI Accelerator is developed in two phases:

Phase 1

Agile Project Plan Design

We co-created with the team a plan based on the 4 elements of the SPI Method:

  • Motivation: Clarity on the "why" of the project.
  • Focus: Prioritization of deliverables that generate the most value.
  • Delivery: Incremental work and tangible results.
  • Reflection: Structured processes of continuous learning.

Phase 2

Accompaniment for implementation

With the support of a certified SPI Agility Coach, the plan is carried out through:

  • Progress review meetings.
  • Spaces for reflection and learning.
  • Iterative adjustments to the plan.
