Social Impact Project Management Program

Learn to plan and execute social projects with rigor and flexibility.

Purpose

Integrate the best of predictive and agile approaches in project management -structure and flexibility- to design, plan and execute projects with robust and adaptive management, maximizing results in social development contexts.

Module 1 - Planning: Develops robust project planning, combining predictive tools with motivational and participatory elements that give clarity, purpose and structure from the outset.

SPI Agility Coach Certification (SPI-AC)

Be part of a community of agile coaches for social and environmental projects.

Purpose

To train professionals capable of accompanying social and environmental project teams as coaches in agile management, using the SPI Method to accelerate results, facilitate collaborative processes and generate a culture of continuous learning and focus on value.

Ideal for:

  • Facilitators, coordinators or leaders with experience in social impact projects.
  • Professionals who wish to broaden their profile as technical coaches in social or community settings.
  • Individuals interested in becoming part of the SPI certified coaching community.

A 4-week intensive training process that combines coaching, applied practice and mentoring to master the SPI Method and apply it in a real project.

 6 synchronous theoretical-practical sessions: 

  • Session 1 - OnBoarding: Introduction to the SPI Method.
  • Session 2 - Motivation: Shared purpose and team commitment.
  • Session 3 - Focus: Collaborative prioritization and value visioning.
  • Session 4 - Delivery: agile planning and cycle work (sprint).
  • Session 5 - Retrospective: reflection, learning and continuous improvement.
  • Session 6 - Coaching tools: facilitation, powerful questions and practical dynamics.

Project Management for International Development (PMID)

International certification in collaboration with American University

A program aimed at high-level professionals who lead projects in the international development sector. It integrates predictive and agile tools applied to the entire project life cycle, with a practical and results-oriented methodology.
